Most of the time when a department fires some one that fast they lose and the officer gets his job back.

Or the officer has a thick personnel file they don’t feel like defending.

Looked to me more like the suspect ran into the car instead of the other way around. This is supported by the fact that the suspect was lying in the street, not on the sidewalk.

I vote that the cop gets his job back. And a bunch of compensation for wrongful termination.

Lots of problems with the police/sheriffs in Georgia. Either the cops are being punished for going after the criminals in an aggressive pursuit, or they are being killed by wackos in domestic disputes.

I detect a serious lack of leadership at the top of many police/sheriff’s department in the rotten Peach State.
