I have never believed in conspiracy theories. Though some critics have lumped me in with conspiracy theorists excogitating on Clinton aide Vince Fosters death in Fort Marcy Park and other such phantasmagorias, I plead innocence. It is just too difficult to keep a conspiracy under wraps. Particularly in Washington and New York, where garrulity is the rule. A conspirator sitting on a big story is likely to tell someone for money or for prestige or for the sheer fun of it. If I recall correctly, even Woodward and Bernstein eventually told their secret about Deep Throat, and that was a rather simple secret. Imagine the pressure on survivors in the know to spill the beans on the plot to kill JFK or the real identity of the Rev. Martin Luther Kings assassin or, come to think of it, Donald Trumps collusion with the Russians or Stormy Daniels or Martians. Breaking silence on these matters could assure the leaker fame unto eternity or at least a fat book contract.
No, I do not believe secrets about sensational events can be kept for very long. However, in light of the discovery of new evidence or new insights, I think a new investigation can be warranted. Now Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has stepped forward with an abundance of evidence that Sirhan B. Sirhan, who was convicted in 1969 of assassinating Roberts father, presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Sr., is innocent. At least Kennedy thinks Sirhan is innocent of killing his dad. That terrible June night in 1968 Sirhan did fire his 22 caliber pistol repeatedly in Los Angeles Ambassador Hotel, and he injured several people. However, the younger Kennedy believes someone else shot his dad. I think he makes a compelling case at least for reopening the investigation.

On Netflix I watched Robert Kennedy for President. I think it was the cop escorting Kennedy to the kitchen. The lack of security there that night was unreal. Lot of evidence that Sirhan wass’t the killer. Lot of evidence came up missing, 2400 photos for one. If you get a chance watch it. Really good and compelling that Sirhan didn’t kill RFK.
I remember seeing it pretty much live on Santa Barbara’s channel 3 (ABC). They were rolling credits on the night’s election coverage when RFK was shot. Mad stampede into the kitchen area. Someone shouting “break his thumb, Rosey” to Roosevelt Greer, a LA Ram football player who had his huge hand enveloping Sirhan’s hand with the gun still in it. Not saying someone else couldn’t have been shooting, but Sirhan was caught just about as red-handed as you can get.
Col. Mustard with a gub in the kitchen.
Five exit holes?
I have seen a couple of TV programs claiming someone else was involved beside Sirhan. They were not very convincing.
Now Vince Foster stinks to high heaven. Also MLK killing was almost certainly a conspiracy but I have no idea who hired Ray.
RFK was shot three times. There were more bullet holes in the ceiling tiles because several bullets bounced off the concrete ceiling and came back down. This has been written about many times before. There is no evidence of another gun being fired in the kitchen. Nothing new here.
Sirhan confessed on tape to the cops and in open court.
But that won’t stop the conspiracy kooks.
More bullet holes than Sirhan’s gun would hold. Evidence conveniently disposed of. Why would anyone NOT buy the official story. After all, they suckered everyone on his brother’s death.
That same night, a lot of conservative Republicans were at the Ambassador Hotel attending Max Rafferty’s election night party. Rafferty, California’s schools chief, had just ousted RINO Senator Tom Kuchel in the Republican primary.
A local politician who was at the Rafferty event said about 20 years later that right after Bobby Kennedy was shot, he saw a man walking away from the RFK event who resembled Ahmad al-Shukeiri, the leader of the Palestine Liberation Organization at the time. However, he had no further evidince other than that sighting.
Was Watergate a conspiracy?
The government is alleging that the Trump campaign conspired with Russia.
And the critics are alleging the government conspired to spy on the Trump campaign; a detail the feds once rejected as conspiracy theory and have since conceded occurred...
Organized crime is a criminal conspiracy and the weather underground was a criminal conspiracy and coordination and bribes taken by government officials are conspiracy. A lot is done to discredit the term but it it does apply in some cases and is not some nut job theory
That.
;)
Sort of like having JFK’s brain re-examined today. Oops, they’ve “lost” it.
I believe you. I think some people just want to find conspiracies because their lives are dull and boring or something.
A gun killed him. Democrats blame weapons, so should we.
and I don’t believe sirhan sirhan was a patsy anymore than JFK’s limo driver shot him
Good attempt at disinformation. Did you ever work for the government or the media? Challenge - post a quote from that article that says that there were 13 holes in Kennedy. You can't do it, because it isn't there.
The shot tally includes the bullets that hit other people, the door frame, and the ceiling tiles - the ones that folks like you want to forget about. You propagandists need to learn that fake news doesn't work any more.
BS !
Look at the whole Trump colluded with Russia thing. Any narrative the MSM wants to sell, they can. Any story they want to discredit, they can. That's why you have been painted as a wacko for questioning the official Foster story.
Have a look at this old post of mine: The New York Times Index on Vincent Foster [Annotated]
