That is irrelevant and I’m sure the dead pedestrians family couldn’t care less if one system was turned on or off.
Fact is, this company not only had a high tech automated vehicle but also had human occupant operator and BOTH failed to brake the vehicle prior to impact and prior to brutally killing the female pedestrian.
