I don't want to go to my job either - but my employer pays me enough to overcome that. It's called supply, demand, and the market-clearing price.And there is the difference - like I did for 47 years, you go to the job - whats a business to do if nobody wants to do the work?
That's my point: the market cost of the job is whatever you have to pay to get somebody to show up and do it.
