This may have been posted already but I find this very, very odd. Check out paragraph #2. “Past presidents and pizzeria owners, heads of state and historians, and people from all walks of life crowded into St. Martins Episcopal Church in Houston to pay their respects to Barbara Bush, the former first lady who touched many across the nation with her no-nonsense style and affinity for helping others.” PIZZERIA OWNERS!! Listed with presidents and heads of state? Creepy!! https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2018/04/21/barbara-bush-funeral-past-presidents-pizza-makers/538363002/
If these people weren’t creepy, I wouldn’t think twice about it. I see the pizzeria owner is a Syrian National, too. Again - if that owner wasn’t mentioned in connection with “Bush” I wouldn’t really notice it. Pre-emptive propaganda to account for those ties? Here’s another quote from your link:
“Among those in attendance on Saturday will be Fawaz “Fuzzy” Hajjar, a Syrian national and owner of Fuzzy’s Pizza & Cafe, and his wife, Rita Hajjar. The Bushes were regulars at Fuzzy’s for more than 25 years and became close friends with the Hajjars, inviting them to birthday parties and sharing dinners. “
I’ll repost your link: https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2018/04/21/barbara-bush-funeral-past-presidents-pizza-makers/538363002/
That is totally freaking weird. Pizzeria owners. Jumps out like siren.
I agree. Why would they put that in there? They could have picked ANY random profession.
That is either a warning or a taunt.
