Tiny Tim was a side-show, a garish freak who climbed in and out of the 1960s leaving nothing positive save for belly laughs from the unsympathetic among us. Count me in with the latter, because I saw this media circus for what it was. So, again, if a homosexual relationship, one of undetermined length, qualifies one, as you put it, as a highly religious conservative, well then count me out.
