After losing custody of his son, and losing this fight with his parents, any lawsuit against Best Buy isn’t going to get very far.

My late Grandfather sat me down when I was a junior in college and taught me how to make steak, chili (and it’s cousin spaghetti) and roast. My grandfather was a double widower, and had decided that his grandsons would by God learn to cook SOMETHING so they wouldn’t have to eat fast food till they got married.
I would make a roast on Sunday and eat off it till maybe Wednesday. Then a big bowl of something with red sauce till the weekend. Never fancy but I ate.
What self-respecting woman would want anything to do with this loser? The only woman who would want him would have to be a total loser too. (Unless some liberal SJW takes pity on him and decides to make it her life’s work to rehabilitate him).

That’s the kind of lawsuit that is killing all of us.
If judge #1 accepts the case, judge #2 ought to try the case. If the idiot guy loses his lawsuit, OR IT’s SETTLED, judge #1 ought to have to pay 10% of the award sought to the defendant, and the lawyer/court costs, maybe, too.
Talk about throwing out frivolous cases, THAT would get them thrown out.....
I remember those boxes. Very heavy duty, 2 flaps that came down and locked together at the center. Held 24 old fashioned returnable bottles. Too bad we don’t do that anymore.
Part of me wants to see him do nothing so we can enjoy watching the sheriff carry him and his junk out to the curb. This would make a great reality show: Losers Facing Reality.
