Cheesecake is super easy to make to yourself and tastes far better than store bought:
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 packages of cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
Blend ingredients well then pour into a 9” graham crust shell and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool on the counter then refrigerate overnight before cutting.
I’ll have to try that.
Some folks have a little lemon juice as an ingredient in cheesecake.
