1. Weather control. (How often are these unexplained BOOMs near NEXRAD installations? What does the local weather do afterwards?)

I have not been following the weather nationally, but here in central PA it’s been raining/rainy/threatening rain for weeks. Hubby’s garden is going in quite late as well as that of other locals. “Watch the water” and “Make it rain” have been in many Q posts. Does this mean weather? Is cloud cover needed for surveillance or ops???

If you do a search on NEXRAD locations and then do another search on “USA weather map” you will see circular storms centered on the NEXRAD radars. They are not just watching the weather, they are making it.

There are TONS of weather radar maps out there where you can observe this phenomenon.

I am now convinced that the DS has been affecting the weather. Not completely controlling it, but they are able to give it a boost. Sometimes they can create disasters. I’m not sure of the purpose, though. Certainly, if you know what the weather is going to be, you can make a profit in the futures market, and probably some stocks. But what else do they use it for? It is a big factor in military operations.

It’s also been raining in the DC area for about the same time period.

I’m not sure which side, if any, this helps.

I’d like to know who has their hands on the NEXRAD controls.

Remember when they used to joke that Karl Rove was controlling the weather? I think sometimes jokes have a basis in reality.
