I think the “sneak peek” by Q back on the 16th didn’t have anything to do with NORK - I think it was the President laying down the law and using Presidential privilege to force DOJ to share with congress. The context of the Q drops at the time bear that out.
That’s not to say that he didn’t have the letter to KJU pre-written and ready to go. It is part of the negotiating process, the art of the deal if you will.
