...Trump uses this exact same technique all the time, but people don’t seem to see it...
________________
This just blows my mind, as well. WHY don’t they see the pattern? What benefit to them in, at the very least, ignoring/not commenting publicly on the pattern?

I’ve gotten thru some times of frustration by telling myself and others:”Oh, it’s just Trump’s SOP.” And it always is just that.

Further: Trump’s life is an open book. He’s written books. He’s given lengthy and detailed interviews. Others have written about him. Most of the elite have known him personally for 20-40 years. Yet, as you say: no one seems to see the pattern.

Makes no sense.

Oh, they see the pattern, alright. They're just spinning what he says to put him in the worst possible light. Like when they tried to say he was calling "immigrants" animals when of course he was calling MS-13 animals, animals.

Every word, spin, opinion foisted from the lying lips of a leftard deep state drone is a lie. They know it. We know it. Yet they persevere. There is a mind-numbed percentage of the population (think "The View" and Stephen Colbert) who only hears the lies and spin.

This should not be shocking to us. We've watched their strategy for decades now. They are just now turning up the heat because they're backed into a corner.

Best that we laugh at them and keep on telling truth with a smile on our face. The truth is coming at them like a D5 crossfire hurricane. And they can do nothing.

Laughter is the second best medicine, after truth. :)

“They” don’t see it because “they” have lived a life that is berect of substance. “They” are merely lookers...more generously you could call them observers. That’s as far as it goes. Trump comes from the world of doers. The contrast between lookers and doers is as stark as it comes. The doer world is totally foreign to lookers.

I have taken supreme delight in Trump applying his private sector know-how and shoving it up the lookers’ rear ends and giving it a twist for good measure. I spent 34 years in heavy construction...12 of that in estimating and project management. It’s tough, and I did not last. Thought I was tough. No I wasn’t.

Thus I have the utmost man-crush for someone that has done what Trump has done especially at the level and in the ruthless NY environment...and apparently fairly honestly.

Doers vs. lookers? Ha! Automatic weapon fire against slingshots.

Agree, but on the other hand - it is to his great advantage that his enemies never see it. He is consistently underestimated, and they are continually surprised that he outmaneuvers them.

I wish his supporters would see it, though. As you say, there would be way less angst.

No one sees the pattern

Because Trump is the quintessential paradigm shifter

You need the paradigm key to see

The future is key to the past

and the converse

The past is the key to the future.

So sayeth spokeshave.
