north Florida deputy tasered a naked man who was wandering through a neighborhood during a rainstorm.
The Pensacola News-Journal reports Joseph John Musso was arrested Thursday and charged with loitering and prowling, lewd and lascivious behavior, resisting an officer without violence and exposure of sexual organs.
Authorities were called by a resident who said his security camera showed a naked man walking by the front door. A second person then called the Santa Rosa Sheriff's Office and said they saw a naked man with an erection.
Amid heavy rainfall, a deputy tried to apprehend the man but he ran away. The deputy then fired his Taser at Musso.
The arrest report states that the 63-year-old Musso told deputies he receives sexual gratification by being naked in public.
Musso was released from jail on bonds totaling $3,000, records show.

63 y/o, and still running around naked in the rain, “in a state of excitment”.
Some may presume early onset Alzheimers, but he may have always been this way. For the average, mostly sane individuals, this reads like a worst case scenario nightmare come to life.
Naked, unarmed, 63 years old. What’s the justification for tasering?

The "peace officer" must have been frustrated ... the guy wasn't walking a vicious shih-tzu for the deputy to take down.
He was not breaking the law but his (alleged- reported by busybodies) erection was

In Seattle, being naked in public won’t get you arrested if it is done in connection with one of the local “pagan” parades like Gay Pride or the Fremont Parade. The police stand down.

If he tried that in most of Northern California with our cold rains, he would have to see a Doctor have certain parts of his anatomy, descend again.
