I wish my memory was better, but there was quite the kerfuffle when McCain was running in 2008 regarding his citizenry. He was born in the Panama Canal Zone at the time wholly owned by the US. Well there were questions about him being born on actual US soil generating “is he eligible?” To me, he was as his parents were citizens who just happened to be in a US territory at birth time...McCain’s dad doing his duty and serving.
Anyway, the S-storm about that came up, and I believe Congress passed something clearing McCain to go forward. However, there’s some wording in that law that also (sort of) cleared Barko to continue running.
I think I got that somewhat correct.
The Senate passed a resolution (non-binding S.Res. 511, just an "internal opinion") that is nonsense and false on its face, concluding McCain was eligible.
That resolution says nothing about Obama. The fact that Obama was a dual citizen at birth, by his phony BC, was not discussed or debated for one second.
Everybody in Congress knew.

Hawaii at the time of OBozos birth was a protectorate or US Territory and so IF he was actually born there he would be covered as his mother but not Father was a US Citizen.
The reason for faking the birth certificate to be in Hawaii was to come in under that clause, but they had to fake it as he was NOT born there but elsewhere hence he did not meet the legal requirements to become President. Any and all who participated in this scheme are guilty of major crimes as it clearly was an attempt to subvert the constitution and install an illegal individual into an office to which he had no legal rights
As to the roll down from this it would seem that all who knew this fact and thereafter continued to exercise their roles in participating in this fraud are themselves parties to the same conspiracy
I also looked up the “but I did not know” it was criminal defense to participation and the first reading on “ignorance as a defense” does not apply
Opening it up to further comments and insights, but it sure is telling as to why the woman who had certified his Birth Certificate as genuine had an “unfortunate accident” including assistance from a diver who made sure she did not talk was mentioned by Q today!
