I saw some discussion around that zero’s poison pill is to PROVE he was ineligible and thus cannot be prosecuted for high crimes and misdemeanors he committed. With our luck, he’s right, and neither can his cabinet be prosecuted as they were unknowingly following illegal orders from an ineligible president.

I disagree. High crimes and misdemeanors are high crimes and misdemeanors. Crimes are crimes.

Fraud. On a grand scale. Still treason should apply, no? Also, HRC will have no such excuse. Plus, she probably knows Obummer’s status.

0’s poison pill —might— backfire on him, if, by reason of not being eligible, he is shown to not be a citizen, and to have committed high crimes such as treason, sedition, and the like.

>> they were unknowingly following illegal orders from an ineligible president.

B.S. to that idea. They all knew. They were all in on it.

In fact Pelosi, when she signed the document putting him on the ticket, deliberately took out the part that said she was certifying that he was eligible. She did that to “protect” herself and that’s why she was rewarded with the office of Speaker of the House.

Putting 0vomit in the WH was a MASSIVE operation involving MANY participants. Some were in on the whole scheme. Some were just easily bribed. But all are guilty.
