No, unfortunately he's retired.
I was on a Qanon twitter thread and a commenter posted that IF RR recuses himself or quits, President Trump can appoint someone for 210 days as “acting” and would it not be fabulous if he appointed Flynn or Rogers? They both already cleared their confirmations and belonging to the Military could be called back. That would be EXCELLENT.
It may mean observation post, not operation.
I was thinking K could mean “strike.”
General strike.
And don’t forget Kerry’s initials are JFK too.
