President Trump, knowingly or unknowingly, has co-opted Alinsky's Rules for Radicals, using them effectively to advance his agenda. How ironic that the tactics of the left are being used against the leftists themselves. The left knows the rules only for playing offense. Now that the rules are being used against it, it is at a loss as to how to react and respond.
For Trump-supporters, typically being on the losing end of Alinsky's rules, it's a refreshing treat to finally be on offense, scoring touchdowns, leaving Democrats and NeverTrumps babbling and unable to stop or slow the Trump train.

Try to take the time to read Saul Alinsky’s 12 Rules for Radicals. It is a carbon copy of the lefts’ actions for at least half a century. Both Obama and Hilary Clinton were students of his phylosophies. H. Clinton did a paper in college on him and wrote letters to him for her research which he personally responded to. He died before they could recordedly meet.

The other Alinsky thing Trump uses: Identify, isolate and ridicule. I remember him doing this during the election. He’d identify opponents who were insulting him. He’d isolate them for attack. His attack was ridicule. Remember Kaish eating like a pig. It was intended as ridicule. Little Marco Rubio. Sleepy, low energy Jeb... He did not attack anyone until they attacked him. The Rino elitists still hate Trump for this ridicule because they are all easy to ridicule.
Sometimes they do. Nuking a city is a horrible thing, but saving a million or so American and countless Japanese lives that an invasion would have cost justified Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
