I also read that, that it was a symbol of Moloch or Satan. The question is, how does it represent a guardian of the Pope? Masons or the Illuminati protecting and guiding it?

Anyway, its a bad rap for owls. I like owls, they keep the rabbit population down. (I heard one last night.)

I like actual owls too. God’s creation.

But I don’t like the symbolic representation here.

In answer to your question: on the satanic end of things, there is also a hierarchy. Could be that Martin Luther was right about the pope, in which case the pope answering to and being “protected” by the devil makes perfect sense.
