I personally do not think Detective Shaniqua Osborne is the second officer killed. She worked at the 5th precinct located in the Lower East side. Precinct is two blocks from where I grew up. I just don't see anything special about that precinct that they would have access to any "insurance" files. Wouldn't the files be given to a precinct near City Hall?

Detective Miosotis Familia worked at the 46th precinct in the Bronx. What are the chances these two officers were in the same room viewing the same files? They worked in different sections, miles apart.

Were the files given to many precincts?

Why would only female officers be targeted?

I think the second cop still needs to be identified.

Also since they are both dead it is possible they are using the death of these two officers to cover the identity or stop the search of others who did see the files . Q has told us deception has been used . With what we know of the history of arkancides any attempt to protect these officers should be commended

Should be:

She worked at the 9th precinct located on 5th street in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
