I am not sure if it was the biggest ever but the Germans had one in WWII which required dual RR tracks to move it.

I recall making a model of our atomic cannon when I was a kid around 1959.

They had one in the First World War called “the Paris Gun”, which was a monster Railway gun. They used it to shell Paris from MILES away.
