Dick’s Sporting Goods has just lost a ton of business due to its politically correct gun control move, post-Parkland school shooting.
O.F. Mossberg & Sons Inc., which owns Mossberg guns, announced they would no longer deal with Dick’s. And that was just after MKS Supply, the maker of Hi-Point firearms, and Springfield Armory pulled business from Dick’s as well.
The backlash is hardly surprising. Mess with Americans’ guns and Americans will use their voices — via purchasing power — to mess back. Dick’s made a sorry misstep in the wake of the horrific Parkland shooting by announcing the end of sales of “assault-style weapons” at all of its stores, and a new ban on sales of certain types of firearms to those under the age of 21 — and, more recently, the hiring of lobbyists to sell a gun control message to congressional members on Capitol Hill.

Sports Authority pulled the same thing and I quit shopping there.
They are gone ...
And it won’t get my business back.
Selling gun control is great to beat up your competition.
If the company’s members of the board has butt hurt gays, expect to lose money as you manage the decline.
Make ‘em pay by not payin’ ‘em.
We ned to convince Savage, TC and other companies to stop supplying them.
If no one shops there anymore it will be a self solving problem.
Maybe that Hogg kid will do some commercials for them.

That’s basically what I do. I’ve never been in a Dicks Sporting Goods store and I won’t for sure now. Starbucks will never get another dime from me. Target is out of the question and how I wish we had a Dunkin Donuts close to us but alas it’s never come to pass.........sigh.......oh well, I don’t need Caramel Machiatis(sp) from Starbucks nor Dunkin Donuts either or I’ll be big as a house. Chick-Fi-A is very close to us and I go in about once a month and if Black Rifle Coffee can make as good a chickory coffee as Community Coffee in Baton Rouge, I’ll cancel my monthly shipment from them but I ain’t making any promises.........lol
Gee, I’d thought Dick’s would be rolling in cash after this. I mean I constantly hear there are millions of “common sense” gun owners who know ARs have no sporting purpose. Why I would have thought they would have beat a path to Dick’s door and formed a line around the block to buy $3000 Beretta Over Under Pigeon guns and tweed jackets with those leather elbow patches.
