OT. Had a chuckle today based on how stupid he is. Saw the front page of a NYC newspaper. City has rats (rodents) and deblasio's solution to getting rid of them is not to feed them! LOL, as if people put out saucers of milk and kibbles out for them.
In retrospect, I'm not sure if he meant rats or D'rats.
