Yep they might. US Govt should have some sort of civil defense program and grain surpluses too, but they don’t-not for the citizens anyway.
Makes one wonder? We have been the #1 target of all nuclear armed despots since the end of WWII. Why no population survival plan? No bug out bags, no food stores, etc. We would do well to look at Israel’s population plans as well as those of the LDS. Being prepared is just a generally good idea anyway, home, car, office kits and supplies.

We have WHITE HATS - POTUS, FREEQS, supporters of freedom and liberty
BLACK HATS - the enemies of freedom and liberty
WHITE HELMETS - Those of the DS that are wolves in sheeps clothing. They are everywhere, but they are compartmented and they are disposable. Throw away people trying to become indispensable and IMMORTAL, they have no limits to the evil they have done or will do.
Remember, even Satan can present himself as an angel of light.
