That’s so funny. Rush was discussing this a day or two ago. Mueller threw out some outrageous challenge knowing that nobody would meet his challenge because they’re in Russia and they don’t have to. They called his bluff (ha ha ha!), are eager to appear, and now HE’S not ready. Embrace the suck, Mueller.

If Mueller withdraws the indictment, the attorneys for the defendant should demand a dismissal, WITH prejudice. There is utterly no legitimate use of the Court, for a prosecutor to posture for the cameras in order to bolster a diminishing reputation.
