Trump's DOJ sides with Apple before Supreme Court in AppStore Antitrust case claiming Apple violates Antitrust laws by charging developers the same rate on apps and also curating what Apps are allowed to be sold in the Apple App Store. The Ninth Circuit ruled for the plaintrffsagainst Apple. The DOJ says the Ninth Circuit mis-applied case law and actual anti-trust law. —PING!

Did you ever notice that whether it is Xbox or Ps4. Samsung or what ever all stores have the same price. Now that is price fixing. It is like all the stores have no say how much they will sell it for..
