They havent been hiring conservatives for decades.
So nothing actually changes in their little world.
I’m surprised that they got rid of Kevin Williamson, he has all of the characteristics of a liberals’ favorite Republican: he hates Trump and (especially) Trump voters, he’s a globalist advocate of “free trade” and nation building, and he thinks that American workers are so stupid and lazy that they deserve to be replaced by Third World hoards. What is there not to like as a token (pseudo)conservative among the liberal elite?
Take the most fundamental question dividing left-liberals from socialists: Should the means of production be socialized?
It sounds like the 90's all over again, and I mean the 1890's. And never mind the fact that "socialized" means "confiscated by the state". The author is welcome to examine how well that's working out for Venezuela.
No, it does indeed appear that this one needs a significant corrective dosage of conservative sanity, and he won't be getting that from anyone he currently associates with. I do sense a certain desperation, however, both in the New York Magazine piece and in today's offering from Leonard Pitts - apparently the latest proggie party line is that they're giving up dialogue and now they're going to crush us. Bring your lunch, bub.
We darn sure do not need New York.
If all you have is one ideology, how can that be ‘diversity’?.........................
The pendulum swung WAY to the left the last 25 years and it’s swinging back to the right now. And the New York Times can’t do a damn thing about it.
We don’t need;
1. DC
2. NYC
3. Boston
4. Chicago
5. Seattle
6. L.A.
7. S.F.
The 7 whores of Babylon.
Eric Levitz is a nobody.
If he pushes out the quasi-cons and pushes the liberal media further left, he will become somebody.
And everybody wants to be somebody.
$15.00 an hour jobs for everyone, that includes congress, celebrates, sports figures and other high end money makers, $15.00 per hour, no extra for overtime. Everyone, not just those on welfare, because that is how socialism and communism works, everyone jumps in the boat together and if there aren’t enough life jackets to go around, then you throw the life jackets overboard, so everyone has an equal chance at drowning.
New York Magazine’s idea of ideological balance is being a Trotskyite in the streets, and a Stalinist in the sheets.
Democrats: Marxists. Republicans: Trotskyists.
The Neocons usurped and subverted tbe RNC after WWII.
