Phillips and his friend are accused of dressing as women to proposition the boy
When the boy tried to run away they allegedly attacked him, tied wrists together
Phillips allegedly held a gun to his head and then performed oral sex on him
A man is behind bars after he allegedly dressed as a woman to try and seduce a 14-year-old boy, and then sexually assaulted him when the teen attempted to run away.
Javoris Quentin Phillips, 36, has been charged with kidnapping and lewd and lascivious battery of a victim younger than 15.
A man who was with Phillips at the time of the attack in Fort Lauderdale, Florida remains at large.
The teen told police that two men propositioned him while wearing wigs, women's clothes, and make-up as he was walking to a friend's house at 7am on August 6, 2017.
He immediately realized the pair were men after hearing their voices. The teen tried to run away, but the two men were faster.
The men hit him on the head, tied the teen's wrists together, and dragged him behind an abandoned house, according to the Sun Sentinel.
They allegedly threatened to kill him if he screamed. One of the men held a gun to the teen's head and told him to 'shut up'.
