I've always thought RR a wild card ... sometimes more so, sometimes less so ... but this seems pretty substantial:
If RR is dirty, Mueller must also be dirty.
If Mueller is dirty, RR must also be dirty.
Common denominator.
Why did Sessions pick RR?

We can't separate Mueller from Rosenstein as it concerns hats and what color they are. The fact that RR appointed Mueller in the first place tell us all we need to know about their "connectivity."

I think I figured it out. I like straight lines and visible logic, and I have never attempted to play 5 dimension, multi-layer, holographic chess. So, I am trusting the plan, with a main player who is a spokesman for the Keebler Bakery, whose domicile is in the trunk of a tree.
