(23) Everything points to the Saudis going into Lebanon, disguising themselves as the Lebanese army, and reducing Hezbollah. AND I’m now convinced that Qatar played Iran.
Hezbollah’s rocket arsenal and tunnel system are manged with Qatari technology.

It asserts, amongst other things, that an Arab coalition (with help from U.S.) is dismantling Hezbollah.
It asserts that faction of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard of Iran delivered the “Smoking gun” documents to Israel, in order to end the nuke program of Iran and effect regime change.
