NO but I can IMAGINE some.
Aside from the rather mundane use of framing someone for something, or getting into secured locations for spying without detection, there are others.
Designer Bioweapons - effective only on that particular person.
Infecting diplomats with some sort of pandemic type illness during a period they would likely be returning home - say a holiday and they become patient zero for their country, but too late for developing a cure or vaccine.
It could be anything with these people.
