I hope you are right in your predictions about Gowdy. Hopefully he would be a better prosecutor than Congressman. I guess that’s sort of what he said himself.
In some instances I am disappointed with Gowdy, too. There is a decent number of FReepers who have politely pointed out that Gowdy really cannot do that much beyond having hearings. And we all know Congressional leadership is a do-nothing frat party.
I want to think he’s been bucking a staggering amount of inertia much like I am where I work. I sense his frustration and get it.
