Justify was born at the Glennwood Farm in Versailles, Kentucky. He was bought for $500,000 and trained by Bob Baffert an American. Business is every American's dream. And I'm with greeneyes by saying Justify is a warning. Taking a name and putting a literal spin as you have done tries to crush the positive goodness in greeneyes and others. Just my opinion.

Most likely the name was chosen as an homage to the TV show Justified, which takes place in Kentucky.
