Ok, FReeQs, here’s a new conspiracy theory that popped into my head this morning....

about a mysterious cancer cluster.

There have been others I’ve read about in the past. They seem to happen in rural flyover areas.

Is it possible that the DS is using small populations of “rubes and rednecks” to test their ability to CAUSE diseases? (These clusters always seem to appear in some out of the way place with no logical explanation.)

Remember the Chelsea Clinton tweet a week or so ago about making sure you get your vaccinations? Could that be the delivery method? If you taint X number of vaccines in your target area, then you can sit back and wait to see how many people there developed cancer (or whatever disease). Is this the reason that they want us all to sign the HIPPA agreement which give the government the ability to snoop through all our medical records?

I’m not trying to panic anyone and I’m not making accusations, but I am saying it’s worth considering and investigating. We know the DS has been doing plenty of evil things, so why not this? They have zero regard for human life, so that would not stop them at all.

I think it is totally plausible that someone is testing the delivery of cancer viruses using tainted vaccines.

There is strongly suggestive statistical evidence that Simian viruses introduced in the early polio vaccines were responsible for the epidemic of soft-tissue cancers.

AIDS was accidentally introduced in a 1957 Central African trial of an experimental polio vaccine that was cultured on Chimpanzee kidneys and tainted with the SIV virus (Simian Immunodeficiency Virus). This was given to about a million people in what was then the Belgian Congo, many of whom were teething babies. The vaccine was administered by squirting liquid into the mouth, so if there was access to the bloodstream, i.e., bleeding gums, then the conditions were met for infection. Some of the SIV mutated in human hosts to HIV, resulting in the AIDS epidemic which first appeared 20 years later, in 1977.

I took the Chelsea quote as just her positioning herself as the next generation health care maven, ready to fight for all health causes that make people donate to her future nest-egg, the Bill, Hillary and CHELSEA Foundation.

They’ve done it in the past, I see no reason to think they would not be doing it now.

Suggest you read the transcript of the Church Committee - Link found here Church Committee Transcript. Search for the word Subway found various locations through the text. The portion below is just a sample. This is question/answer between Colorado Senator, Gary Hart and William Colby from the CIA. Not sure of his position at the time. I suggest this because the public was intentionally infected with an "innocuous" virus, then the impact tracked by registering the number of Dr. appointments in the surrounding area. They chose a subway because of the wide disspersion to outlying regions.

Mr. Colby. There were other installations around the country that we looked at to determine what possible vulnerabilities large installations would have.

Senator Hart of Colorado. Major urban subway systems and so forth ?

Mr. Colby. Yes.

Senator Hart of Colorado. Did any of these studies in any way jeopardize human life and safety ?

Mr. Colby. According to my records, they were not conducted with hazardous substances. They were simulated rather than real.

Senator Hart of Colorado. So, to your knowledge, no actual jeopardy occurred to any individual during any of these tests?

Mr. Colby. I do not know of any that were in these studies, I do not know of any. Obviously we did have the problem of the testing of LSD on unwitting subjects. That would fall within the category of your question.

Senator Hart of Colorado. I am talking more about the mass--------

Mr. Colby. No, the mass ones, it is my impression that they did not risk the lives and health of the people involved.

Senator Hart of Colorado. Thank you, and as far as you know, that one study on the subway system was conducted in New York City?

Mr. Colby. I have seen a report to that effect. That is all I know about that particular program.

Senator Hart of Colorado. There was further indication that some of these toxic elements might have had something to do with the destruction of crops in parts of the world. Do you know if that was ever implemented?

Mr. Colby. I believe it was not. I know it was considered but it was decided not to do it.

Senator Hart of Colorado. That is all I have, Mr. Chairman.

Senator Hart of Colorado. Are you familiar with a so-called vulnerability study or experiment on the New York subway system?

Mr. Senseney. I participated in that.

Senator Hart of Colorado. To what extent did you participate?

Mr. Senseney. I was a sampler. -

Senator Hart of Colorado. What does that mean ?

Mr. Senseney. I rode a subway and sampled the air. [General laughter.]

Senator Hart of Colorado. How was the study or experiment conducted ?

Mr. Senseney. Well, there was one person that was the operator—if you want to call it an operator—who rode a certain train, and walking between trains, dropped what looked like an ordinary light bulb which contained biological simulant agent.

And then the next train came by and, of course, it would stir up the air. So, by driving over it at, say, 60 miles an hour—and this was continuously done by certain subways, and it went quite well through the entire subway system, because we started down around 14th Street and sampled up as far as about 58th Street, and there is quite a bit of aerosol all along the way.

Senator Hart of Colorado. .Just from one light bulb ?

Mr. Senseney. One light bulb.

Senator Hart of Colorado. Were the officials of the city of New York aware that this study was being conducted ?

Mr. Senseney. I do not believe so.

Senator Hart of Colorado. And certainly the passengers weren’t.

Mr. Senseney. That is correct.

Senator Hart of Colorado. At whose request were these two studies conducted ?

Mr. Senseney. I’m not sure whether it was requested or whether we did it on our own. There was a special studies group in our branch that was head of vulnerability studies.

Senator Hart of Colorado. You had a special section that did nothing but vulnerability studies ?

Mr. Senseney. Yes.

They would come up with test plans and so forth.
