Thank Q
Read an interesting article (IIRC from Sundance ) stating that RR didn’t know about the corruption until two weeks after he signed the FISA papers. (Is that even possible?)
I’ve been away for my youngest daughters graduation getting her masters degree. One Proud Papa. I will be leaving for home soon and will be gone again. But I had to respond to inflammatory AG Sessions comments.
For whatever reason people refuse to look at the obvious elements of the AG Sessions case. Yes, he was the Senator that jumped on the Trump Train early in the campaign. However, that is merely the beginning.
First:
Consider the Presidents past as he deals with those not meeting his standards. He fires them, and I mean, Pronto. Over and over we see President Trump operate this way. Attorney General Jeff Sessions would have been removed at the pleasure of the President if he wasn’t doing exactly what needed doing (PERIOD).
Second:
The information has been available to anyone willing to look, that it was essential for the President and his team to use disinformation. This ruse was/is necessary to make it possible to keep the bad guys/black hats unaware of what was really happening and catch them in the act. Others on the team have added more fuel to the fire (disguise).
Third:
Even from the early days when AG Sessions was catching flack about going after the drug pushers and not going after the real criminals, to today when he is catching flack for not handing over (probable) classified material to House and/or Senate committees, AG Sessions never once gave a defense for what he has done. The closest thing to acting this way was when he divulged important information regarding activating Huber.
For these reasons it is clear that AG Sessions is operating under the cover of incompetence while doing the hard work of gathering the cases against the treasonous deep state and politicians with the Presidents full support.
Finally, for those nincompoop freepers that are bashing AG Sessions; even if you skip point #2 and the whole Q disinformation angle, it should still be easy to see that the AG is doing exactly what the President wants done to clean the swamp.
Judge Piro was so good on this - I watched her twice.
Thanks. Just jumping back in after a hectic church morning
I tried to answer that. Obvious failure on may part.
The written over verbal principle applies when there is a conflict. There is no conflict here. Rosenstein and Mueller (who entered into both verbal and written agreements) agree on the scope of Mueller's jurisdiction. There is no conflict, so we don't have to choose between verbal and written representations of the agreement.
Additionally, Rosenstein handed Mueller a stack of case files and said something to the effect that those cases were now Mueller's cases. That's unambiguous. Was that passing of files in writing? Probably, somewhere there is some sort of record of who has the case.
Looking at the question of written over verbal, that rule applies. I think your question is more along the lines of "if it isn;t writen, does Mueller have the jurisdiction?" Or "What is Mueller's jurisdiction." Again, see passing of case files, and maybe the Manafort EDVA case was handled by verbal agreement first, later backed with written confirmation.
The Democ🐀s are a perverse criminal bunch of traitors making up a political party...
***and then that person would be 3rd in line***
Of course the Constitution could not allow 0bama to re-attain the WH... not that the Dems are bound by the Constitution! 😠
Excellent analysis
I’ll reply to that with a “Snort!”
See, if they are not keeping up with this thread, they do not know that it was fully right and proper that the first thing Mr. Sessions did was to attack MS-13, as we know now that they were part of the 0-bama private army, with invasion plans and legions awaiting go time in Central America.
Can’t imagine any judge being too happy if it appears that Mueller’s team is manipulating evidence by redaction of claiming “super secret decoder conversations” from RR. IMO if anything RR has set a trap for them
Why Did DOJ Asst. AG Rod Rosenstein Reauthorize FISA Warrant on July 18th, 2017?
I don't find the contention that RR was ignorant of the thrust and bias of team Mueller, months after team Mueller was assembled. Rosenstein and Mueller agree on the scope and targets of Mueller's assignment.
There's a good chance that neither of them sees anything in the nature of corruption in their actions. Maybe both are #NeverTrump people and feel getting Trump is the right thing to do. They may view Trump as a clever criminal who has so far just managed to evade detection by evidence.
There is no way to get into their heads, and FWIW, my presumption is they are chronic liars anyway. Show the evidence, make your arguments, etc. Of course they are biased, they are in an adversarial profession, and are inclined to go to extremes in order to get what they perceive as "just."
I strongly suspect Hildy is planning a WH occupation by whatever means. She has re-energized the Clintooon Foundation, who would contribute millions unless they thought there was some advantage to be gained? she has come up with more excuses why she should not have lost the election of 2016...
As far as Hillary in 2020, I doubt she has that long... not that she would think so, of course.
Were they new or extensions ? Why were both FBI & DOJ sign-offs needed ?
The FEDs consider Page a foreign agent of Russia. does that make him foreign or domestic or both ?
Judge Collier was pretty specific regarding what can and can’t be shared (inter-agency wise among other things)in her memorandum of 04/2017.
There were recurring reporting requirements from Intel to the court that I haven’t been able to find,(they aren’t part of public filings) nor have I found any MSM reporting that the reports were even made.
I’m assuming the reports were made to the court and passed muster otherwise the 7/2017 wouldn’t have been approved ?
BTW...thanks for all your expertise & info ...do you have a ping list ?
This interescts with Mueller in that whatever Mueller has, even if it is stuff that Sessions has not recused from, is also kept off Sessions' desk.
I would expect the DOJ to sandbag Sessions, even attempt to get him fired. They do not like him, and preferred to work in the "anything goes" "damn the rule of law" environment they enjoyed for the past few decades.
Wait, wait: Cheryl Mills and her Black Ivy energy investments in Africa.
nice pallets...
Excellent points.
A small addendum - The DOJ is going after illegal criminals/drug pushers, especially MS-13. This is no small thing, as they have been allowed in by the black hats, and apparently are foot soldiers for the black hats. And in the event of disruptions (which the black hats want), MS-13 and their ilk would then be used to create violence (along with other groups such as Antifa).
So the DOJ going after dopers/MS-13 and other illegal criminals is very important and part of the plan.
