Judge Ellis’ statements undermine Rosenstein’s integrity. To allow Mueller’s use of the FISA warrant evidence (evidence obtained illegally, thru fraud on Trump & his entire campaign) and eliminate the Constitutional probable cause requirement is shocking. Rosenstein is either complicit or a fool. Q has said RR is trusted but I now have doubts

Thanks. Either Sessions isn’t aware of the subpoena, or, as his last response to congress indicated, there are ongoing investigations about the matter and providing the information would interfere with it. Sessions being an obstructionist is another possibility but I have a hard time believing that.

I know the IG keeps postponing his report every month because of new leads. We want him to get it right, but how many months is he going to do this? Congress can’t wait indefinitely, and neither can we, to obtain evidence.
