Is it really codified in law that they cannot be fired? That violates the Presidential powers set down in the Constitution, if so.
I tried reading some of that stuff, but really it makes my eyes go crossed to try and read that stuff. People that George Webb interviewed told him that it didn’t matter what he found out - there was no way to stop them- and they couldn’t be fired.
There is some sort of review board - likely D/S operatives that is responsible for their salaries etc. After reading stuff for about an hour, I just gave up and decided to wait and see.
