It depends on WHO'S intentions.

Man With No Name..and the Deep State (wants the war to continue-money-over throw Assad-cause war with Russia)ALL around the Globe were giving money and arms to the rebels..ISIS ISIL.and then on the other hand saying they were helping the Kurds. Then the song was..must help the Syrians being gassed by Assad. Syrian soldiers pointing fingers to ISIS,ISIL and the Rebels (White Helmets)doing the gassing.

Russia jumps in for what Syria has to offer them..oil.etc.
