To be clear, Q is saying that the uranium in the hands of the Iranians did not come from Russia. The U1 deal was “cover”. Uranium is traceable. HRC and BO gave uranium directly to Iran with the intention of “blaming” Russia. They were going to nuke a city in the U.S. Testing afterwards would determine that the source of the uranium was the same as that of U1 uranium, all with the hope that the U.S. would then nuke Russia in response.
