On another note, per Sara Carpenter, I am seeing only now that Dr. Jennifer Pena was behind leaks against Dr. Jackson, NAVY Admiral.

She is the doctor assigned by the White House to Vice President Pence. She is military and was under Obama somehow, and is known to harbor resentment against Jackson for his fast advances up the chain.

Pena apparently broke protocol and took her complaints not to superiors, but straight to the Senate.
