A refreshing lemon cream dessert........ plus chocolate.

CHOCOLATE CUPS: line paper muffin cups with melted chocolate. Chill firm

LEMON CREAM ING 6 oz pkg lemon gelatin, cup boiling water
2 cup vanilla ice cream, softened, 3 cup thawed cool-whip.

METHOD completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Elec/mixer/whip on med,
gradually adding softened ice cream; beat smooth at high speed.
On low speed, quickly blend in cool-whip.

ASSEMBLY Spoon cream into chocolate cups. Can do to here and freeze

SERVE a bit thawed, garnished w/ lemon zest threads.

We use Dominoes ALL THE TIME. I did not know that. Great to know. They are very reliable. Not the tastiest pizza ever, but you know what you will get and everyone eats it! The one mistake they made one time for a birthday party, they gave us a gift card to make up for their lateness that gave us free pizzas for weeks.
