Let's think about this..you just said its a kill box..
In weaponry, a Kill Box is a three-dimensional target area, defined to facilitate the integration of coordinated joint weapons fire. It is a joint forces coordination measure enabling air assets to engage surface targets without needing further coordination with commanders and without terminal attack control.
So is Q saying we have a specific MARKER ..in place at this very moment...if attack is needed?
Then we need to define Marker. I'm thinking (our military..Special Task force..inside of Iran..and or waiting for the signal if needed.

My assumption for a number of years is that the Iranian riots are used by us to move our assets into Iran.
So your post may involve assets waiting for the go signal.

Just starting my rumination on this.
Thinking, not just 3D but 4D. Coordinated for execution at a specified time.
More...as I chew my cud.

Kill box is a target area. So...[ ] = killbox
A MARKER is a reference point, not only physical but mental (memory). It is intended to stay in a specified place so that it can be recalled, re-referenced or re-contacted for a future purpose. The MARKER may or may not know its final purpose.
[MARKER] = point of reference to be used to kill or be killed.
It this point, my thoughts wander to a submarine in the Med and/or a satellite programmed for specific delivery of RfG. I don’t see the need for nuclear use at this time.
What else?
