I guessed the front seat at 220# per and the 4 girls @480#. Only added 20# of purses and it was 153#+ overweight. less than 3 inches of available CG travel aft.

And there had to be luggage in the rear compartment. Any weight in the rear compartment makes it difficult to prevent tail heavy situations. I did a rough weight calc (lots of unknowns however) and came up with over 300lbs over carrying capacity for a Comanche 24 and a extreme tail heavy center of gravity.. Estimated 150 lbs of luggage, purses, etc, and that is most likely an underestimate. Assumed he took off with fuel tanks full, 60 gallons of LL100.
