I assumed red carpet was that we wouldn’t be rolling out the MOAB info on a red carpet for everyone to look at, and ooh and aah over. And then they would find ways to avoid the MOAB. Red carpet for visibility, rather than proceeding in secret.

Hostage no more followed mention of NK, so assumed it referred to that, as previously.
