In a piece published Wednesday, journalist Vera Papisova said she was groped 22 times over a 10-hour period while attending Coachella, saying that she was repeatedly violated by strangers. Papisova described being followed, grabbed, insulted, spoken to inappropriately and groped on multiple occasions.
Teen Vogue said all 54 women who spoke to the magazine during Coachella had a story about being sexually assaulted or harassed over that weekend.
Meanwhile, Indio police would not confirm to CBS2 how many complaints of sexual misconduct were made during the first weekend.

I wouldve expected to see something on their website, in terms of what to do if that happens to you since it is such a prevalent issue at music events, in general, Papisova said.

Last week, the program coordinator for the Sexual Assault Response Team at Eisenhower Hospital in Rancho Mirage told KMIR-TV that it sees a major spike in calls during Coachella, often getting a months worth of calls in just the two weekends. Many of the cases involve drugs, date rape drugs and alcohol, KMIR reports.

Why didn’t she leave?
She was most likely loaded out of her mind with her t!ts hanging out for the crowd to see.
Seen it MANY times at outdoor festivals and have actually been permitted to grab a few way back when....good thing i was never caught on vid after they sobered up...

Based on a quick Internet search for Coachella, I’m not surprised by this article. In fact I feel pretty positive this article exposes just the tip of an ugly iceberg.
Ten bucks says the “groping” or “sexual assault” happens while dancing voluntarily or crowdsurfing. Does Kevin Bacon have to come here and put down you people who hate dancing?
She should explore what went on at Woodstock.
She’d be cute if the carpet matched the drapes.
which was promoted as a Music & Art Fair.
Actual description of one the “assaults” from the article. “A stranger walked up to me and said that he loved my leopard-print suit. I thanked him, and he proceeded to say hed love to get in the bathroom stall with me. When I told him not to talk to me like that, he exclaimed, “Whoa, that’s a lot of attitude for a no-name model.” Nobody around me did anything to help.” HAHAHAHA!
See!!?? You are guilty as hell for even thinking that you don’t know what it means. Report to Room 101 for your training.
She knew what she was getting in for....at least this 19 yr. old got it right.
“Of course sexual harassment happens here, said Ana, 19. It happens to us at ‘all’ concerts. At Coachella it is so many people that men will get away with touching you, and they think we don’t notice. It happened to me many times already, and I notice every time.
I would not be surprised one bit if that line works 1/10 or 1/20 times. He might up his hit rate if he said "I'd love to take you out to dinner at a fabulous restaurant."
"Dating" seems to have changed somewhat.
Neither do women.....
I thought it was a coaching seminar for lesbians........
