Which “Wiki” are you referring to, “Wikipedia” or “Wikileaks?” Nixon had lot to do with other soaps but I did not see Nixon’s name as a writer or producer or with the show from the following source:

If she DID figure into the As the Word Turns show, then yes the Q reference to the show could point to her. If she does not have anything to do with the show, than the Q reference in that phrase is pointing to something else, imho.
