I'm not at the point of making the connections, new subject for me.
The "Standard Hotel crash" killed the owners. That was a helicopter crash in CA. The association with Schiff is just that the hotel is in his district, and maybe the owners had some dirt on schiff as either arranging or participating in action at the standard Hotel.
The "Sunshine Coogan crash" killed three or four young women. Link below describes ID swapping, shedding, etc. So connections to individuals can be vague and confusing.

Looks that way to me. Although the news article lists her as older than I had calculated. They say 23. I thought 20. I could be off a little or they/she could be lying.
Another interesting fact (?) from the news article says that the guy flying the plane was not a licensed pilot.
How the h%*$ does that happen???
