Maybe ‘bridge’ means how they get around 4th Amnd. roadblocks in synthesizing data the donaters don’t know about, and conjectural meta-data assumptions.

I had thought the bridge comment
could relate to Cisco oracle Facebook and all the other text companies and how while everyone may not use Facebook the majority of everyone’s web traffic goes thru a Cisco bridge and their logo is the Golden gate bridge.

As a non-tech person, I understand the first 11 words. The rest I have a hazy understanding of from assumed context only.
Perhaps Q realized that many of us have not a clue what *synthesizing* means in these contexts and when we read ‘conjectural meta-data assumptions’, our eyes glaze over.
