Former Starbucks manager Holly Hylton, who called the cops and got two law abiding Black men arrested inside the coffee shop, is being called out by a former employee who says that Hyltons a controlling racist who targeted and demoted Black employees, reports the Daily Mail.
Ieshaa Cash says last year Hylton was hired on as a manager at the 18th and Spruce Starbucks in Philadelphia and employees warned her that her new boss was controlling, aggressive, and emotional. That Starbucks location is under fire because that is where two Black men were arrested while sitting and waiting for a friend.

He prolly nutha raciss him
Perhaps it is the same mentality that discourages students in school: They have to out ‘gangsta’ their peers.
Yes, “won’t stand for Ieshaa’s nonsense” = racist.
I love it. The
Manager is actually some woke nitwit. I love when they eat their own
Miss Cash setting up her own lawsuit? She’s seen too many commercials for One Call, That’s All!
What, you mean actually focus on the facts of the situation? Nope. They won't release the video. Truth be damned, PC is their stock in trade.
The Grio is a black website.
That describes a lot of bosses.
You knew that this was coming. But its happening to Starbucks so good — pass the popcorn.
First, the disgruntled employee Ieshaa is a muslim. The spelling is an illiterate way of spelling Aisha, Mad Mohammed's main "wife". Among muslims, that name is as common for women as "Mohammed" is for men.
And while I've had good employees and bad employees of all races, the uppity blacks were the worse. For example, if your business operates on a tight schedule ("WPT"), they will insist on operating on "CPT", colored people time. They will want to argue every directive; they never see the "big picture" ; they never understand that diligence and punctuality always pays off in promotions and raises.
I have no doubt that "Iseshaa" caused her boss untold grief, every work day.
On the good side: I'm sure there are plenty of businesses in Holly Hylton's area that would be eager to hire her. You haven't been baptized in management until you've been abused by one of your "African" employees. That's when all the theories about "everybody being equal" go out the window, and hard reality sets in.
And last but not least, a shout out to Holly—welcome to the ranks of conservatives and patriots!
“”Former Starbucks manager Holly Hylton, who called the cops””
I hadn’t heard that the person who called the cops was a FORMER anything...Was she fired?
“”I had no inkling of the nocount nature of the younger generation.””
I don’t have any experience to speak of but it’s pretty apparent this all came about because obozo came along and encouraged the arrogance, hatred and anger. It didn’t take him long either, did it? It even infected his family - did we ever see the daughters smiling? Perhaps the youngest one occasionally but the oldest one was a caricature of her nasty, frowning mother. Imagine living in a household with those females....YUCK!
Ieshaa has exposed herself as an employee NO ONE should EVER wish to hire-—into the next century.
IF I were still hiring & firing, I would have her pic on the wall to keep me reminded of that.
Yes and Howard Schultz, former CEO and chairman, opened himself up to a big-time unlawful termination lawsuit by claiming that he knows she was “motivated by race” to call the cops on the two guys. I hope she gets a bundle.
? How far down can you demote a barista?
To co-cashier?
without!
