Bingo. Using the vehicle to attempt to kill cops doesn’t exactly make you “unarmed,” does it?
The rules for getting through life without getting killed by police are few and rather simple. It’s beyond me why some people cannot comprehend that.

Mr Yarber was “wanted for questioning” in a stolen vehicle case, and that he struck two patrol cars before an officer opened fire.
Maybe he was a bad driver and should have only been given a citation......

Yep - history of violence/child endangerment, etc., and attacking with a 2 ton chunk of metal - they are right when they say his death was necessary though - he could have just pulled over and followed instructions....
