Having spent 9 years at the nursing home overseeing the care of three separate family members have witnessed several patients fall and even helped prevent a few falls. It's not unusual in a NH.

It's not unusual in a NH. I believe the reason for the investigation is that he DIDN'T receive PROPER CARE and ATTENTION after the fall.
