It's not unusual in a NH. I believe the reason for the investigation is that he DIDN'T receive PROPER CARE and ATTENTION after the fall.

believe the reason for the investigation is that he DIDN'T receive PROPER CARE and ATTENTION after the fall. Most of the nursing home employee's are doing God's work but there can always be a bad apple in the bunch.
